1. Annual Reentry Update Report

 

Steve​​ was the architect, project manager, and lead advisor on the award-winning Tarrant County (Texas) Reentry Coalition and Reentry First-Stop Center of Tarrant County from 2012 to 2017. This report was the culmination of that effort and was published just after the First-Stop Center won the Texas Governor's Award for best corrections program for 2016.
